Project description
The Bildungscampus educational campus of the Dieter Schwarz Foundation is to be expanded to include a visionary science hub complete with lecture halls, cafés, restaurants and research institutes.
Avistics developed a logistics concept to efficiently connect the different building complexes for supply and waste disposal systems and services. The concept comprises innovative ideas for uses autonomous logistics systems for transport around the district.
The resulting functional buildings requirements are collated by LOGO InfraConsult and documented in a database. The requirements documentation (room datasheet, and room and function plan) for the logistics concept based on the results of the requirements analysis will serve as the basis for planning and implementing the requirements management during the subsequent service phases.
