Requirements Planning is More Than a Space Program

- When must the solution be available?
- What economic framework must be observed?
These six levels of need form the basis of sound needs planning. They make requirements concrete, measurable, and comprehensible for all project stakeholders.
The resulting needs plan describes the planning target state — and serves as a reference for planning, decisions and changes throughout the course of the project. This makes it possible to identify conflicting objectives early, consolidate requirements, and avoid missteps as the project progresses.
