Project management - Construction of a new vertical access in Terminal 1

Project description

The construction of a new station for the passenger transport system in the terminal requires new connecting routes for passengers. New vertical access in the form of two escalators and two elevators to connect levels U1 to E3 will be constructed. The project scope also includes a new connecting bridge with an opening in the building facade and connection to the passenger transport system on level 3. 

Since the beginning of the project, LOGO IC has assumed project control of the relevant subproject as a subcontractor of Drees & Sommer. Accordingly, LOGO IC is responsible for ensuring the on-budget and on-time delivery of the project in the requisite quality on behalf of the client and advocates the interests of Fraport in the project planning and execution.
