Project

Requirements management for "Main airport complex development - New Dock A and base"

Zurich Airport,
Germany

Project description

The main airport complex development program launched in 2017 defines the adaptations, expansions and modifications to the main infrastructure to be conducted at Zurich Airport over the next decade. The key element of the program is the replacement construction for Dock A, the tower, and Terminal 1, which has reached the end of its service life. Implementing the new construction involves various ancillary and interim projects.

During the preliminary planning/preliminary project, LOGO InfraConsult will prepare the requirements planning for various projects, thereby providing the requirements management team with comprehensive, expert-based support.

The range of tasks includes database-based recording and evaluation of existing requirement documents, and documenting and consolidating new planning requirements. These requirement documents represent the basis for efficient quality assurance as the project progresses.

LOGO InfraConsult is also responsible for preparing operator concepts, compiling process descriptions, and developing utilization and fitting concepts.
