Project description
At Zurich Airport, Dock A and its dock base are being replaced as part of a major infrastructure renewal. Various ancillary and interim measures are required to enable the implementation of the new infrastructure.
During the preliminary planning and preliminary project phases, LOGO InfraConsult supports requirements planning and requirements management for several subprojects.
The scope of work includes the database-based capture and evaluation of existing requirement documents as well as the documentation and consolidation of new planning requirements. These requirements form the basis for quality assurance throughout the subsequent planning and design phases.
In addition, LOGO InfraConsult develops operator concepts, prepares process descriptions, and defines utilization and equipment concepts.
