Project management services in accordance with AHO

Acting as the client’s representative, we offer professional support in organization, quality, costs, scheduling and contracts – in line with the project levels defined in AHO regulations.

Client representation & delegated project management functions

In our role as client representatives, we conduct all organizational, technical, economic and scheduling tasks required for successful project execution.

Project Management Office (PMO)

We oversee all processes, changes, conflicts and risks and create the basis for decision-making.
In particular, PMO includes standardized project processes, efficient resource management, and the development of project management skills within the organization.

Interim project management

We take over project management when challenging situations or difficulties arise in your project. We temporarily support and supplement existing project management teams or manage the project on an interim basis, while at the same time qualifying the project managers directly in the project environment. Schedule, cost and quality management
