Client Representation and Consultation

In our role as the client’s representative, we relieve the project management team by taking on key steering and coordination responsibilities. We serve as an interface between construction projects, users and operators, check planning results, tender documents and offers, and represent the client’s interests loyally but fairly towards planners and contractors. By continuously monitoring costs, schedules and quality, as well as through forward-looking risk management, we ensure structured and reliable project execution.

Our Services

Functional quality assurance

Functional quality checks are used to compare planning and construction results with the defined target state and to minimize risks. Planning deficiencies can be identified at an early stage and corrected in subsequent planning steps.

User project management

Special user topics within the large-scale project are managed as separate user projects, in some cases with their own organization.

Change management

Effective change management defines standardized procedures for processing changes and creating decision templates in order to facilitate simple decision-making processes, clearly document changes, and integrate them into the planning and implementation process.

Commissioning management / ORAT

Using a structured procedure for commissioning projects such as transport infrastructure buildings, we carry out tests, training and trial operations to ensure a safe and smooth start of operations.

User-oriented project communication

Complex construction projects require managing and providing information to a large number of different stakeholders. Through continuous communication using various channels, we work towards achieving maximum acceptance for the respective construction project and reducing the risk of unforeseen stakeholder interventions.
