Project Management for the Refurbishment and Redesign of an University Building
Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences,
Stabstelle Bau
Project description
The fire damage to the university building, which is over 100 years old, makes extensive renovation work and partial reconstruction unavoidable. In the future, this former teaching building will house the university’s central administration. Taking modern office concepts into account, the various functional areas will be designed in a varied manner, partly as open, communicative, and flexible zones, and partly with transparent offices and meeting rooms.
In addition to approximately 4,500 m² of administrative space on the upper floors, the building’s mezzanine level will also feature the university’s main entrance, which will serve as a public reception area.
LOGO IC is supporting the project during the project development phase by providing project management services and assisting with the preparation of the requirements specification.
