Training course for Lean Construction Experts under VDI 2553 launched

Arved Weidemüller has successfully conducted the first module of the VDI 2553 Lean Construction training series with 13 employees of an engineering office as part of in-house training under the LOGOtraining brand.

Real-life practical simulations gave the participants the chance to experience first-hand how agile procedures and the Last-Planner® system help to improve the reliability and quality of collaboration between those involved in planning.
