Team Days in Berlin: Brainpower Meets Aviation History

Our team days in Berlin once again provided a great opportunity to strengthen team spirit – away from daily project routines and with plenty of room for exchange and shared experiences.

We kicked things off with an escape room challenge. Working in small teams on different missions and tackling plenty of tricky puzzles, we relied on teamwork, clear communication, and creative problem-solving. It was exciting to see the different ways we approach challenges and how we ultimately reach our goals together.

The second day was dedicated to aviation history. At the German Museum of Technology in Berlin, we enjoyed a guided tour through the aviation exhibition. Historic aircraft, impressive exhibits, and fascinating insights into technological developments brought decades of aviation innovation to life.

We intentionally use our team days as a team-building initiative. The positive impact is clearly reflected in our collaboration and project work. Shared experiences build trust, strengthen communication, and foster even stronger cooperation in our day-to-day work.
