Process and Organizational Consulting for Infrastructure Management at Berlin Airports

To support the initiation, planning, and coordination of construction projects as well as the implementation of measures within existing facilities, the Berlin airport operator has defined a new organizational structure. As part of its implementation, LOGO provides process and organizational consulting services. The results are documented in an internal guideline, and the implementation is supported on site through hands-on assistance.
