For the initiation, planning, and coordination of construction projects as well as the execution of measures within existing facilities, the Berlin airport operator has defined a new organizational structure. As part of the implementation, LOGO provides process and organizational consulting services. In workshops with the relevant specialist departments, solution approaches for processes as well as roles, responsibilities, and decision-making authorities are developed. The results are documented in an internal guideline, and the implementation is supported on site through hands-on assistance.
