Girls’ & Boys’ Day at LOGO!

Max joined us – attentive, curious, full of questions, and with a genuine interest in what we do.

For one day, he had the opportunity to explore the world of construction project management and airport consulting.

And yes, some might ask: Is this a typical job for women?
Honestly, at LOGO, that question doesn’t matter. In fact, the share of women in our team is significantly higher than that of men.

Why? Because it’s about skills – not stereotypes.

That’s exactly what Girls’ & Boys’ Day is all about: giving young people exciting insights into professions they might never have considered otherwise.

It’s about sparking interest, awakening curiosity, and broadening horizons.
