During the implementation phase, tenant coordination includes managing and monitoring tenant fit-out works to integrate them seamlessly into the overall construction process. We ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards, oversee commissioning activities and provide the necessary documentation.

Interface coordination

We ensure effective coordination and communication between tenants, architects, specialist consultants and contractors in order to align fit-out requirements with the overall construction process. In addition, we coordinate operational interfaces for construction activities during ongoing operations.

Scheduling for tenant fit-out

Coordination of tenant fit-out schedules, taking into account tenant-specific works and the landlord’s overarching construction measures. In particular, coordination of the implementation of technical and safety-relevant installations.

Commissioning and tenant handover

Organization, preparation and execution of acceptance processes. Project completion and delivery of all necessary documentation. Coordination of logistical tasks related to the handover and commissioning of tenant space.
