Operational concepts and responsibilities

We develop clear operational procedures and define responsibilities (RACI: Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, Informed) for all involved stakeholders, e.g. airlines, handling agents, service providers, tenants/concessionaires, airport operators, and authorities.

Test and acceptance phases

We develop test and acceptance plans, support functional and integration tests, and organize trial operations using realistic scenarios.

Training and exercises

We design and coordinate training programs for operations, security, airlines, and service providers so that all stakeholders are optimally prepared. 

Cut-over planning and change management

We plan the transition in detail, manage communication measures, and support the ramp-up until full operational readiness is achieved. 

Performance monitoring and stabilization

We monitor KPIs and disruptions, manage “issues” and “defects” systematically, and ensure operational stability, including lessons learned for future projects.
