General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for LOGOtraining

(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all training courses conducted by LOGO InfraConsult GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “LOGOtraining”).

(2) As the training courses take place outside the premises of LOGO InfraConsult GmbH, the terms and conditions of the respective owner or operator of the event and excursion venues shall apply in addition.

(1) Registration may be made via the website of LOGO InfraConsult GmbH or by written request via email. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the written confirmation of registration.

(2) Descriptions of services provided by third parties are not part of the contract. Services beyond the training itself – such as travel expenses, accommodation and catering outside the training – are not included in the training contract.

(1) The fee for the booked service is payable within 14 days of receipt of the invoice.

(2) Payments must be made by bank transfer. Any bank charges incurred for international transfers shall be borne by the customer. Euro cheques are not accepted by LOGO InfraConsult GmbH.

(3) In the event of late payment, LOGO InfraConsult GmbH is entitled to charge default interest in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions.

(1) The contract period begins upon confirmation of registration and ends upon completion of the final day of the training.

(2) Cancellations by the customer must be made in writing. The following cancellation conditions apply:

• Up to 4 weeks before the start of the training: cancellation free of charge.
• Up to 2 weeks before the start of the training: 60% of the participation fee will be refunded.
• Up to 1 week before the start of the training: 30% of the participation fee will be refunded.
• 3 days or less before the start of the training: no refund of the participation fee.

(3) If a participant is unable to attend, the customer may nominate a substitute participant.

(4) No refund will be granted in the event of non-attendance.

(5) LOGO InfraConsult GmbH reserves the right to cancel training courses up to three weeks before the scheduled start date, for example due to insufficient participant numbers, or to reschedule them by announcing an alternative date. Any fees already paid will be refunded promptly or credited toward the rescheduled training date. Further claims by the customer or third parties, including claims for damages, are excluded. The same applies in cases of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances (e.g. accident or illness of the trainer) that render performance of the contract impossible or unreasonable for LOGO InfraConsult GmbH.

(1) LOGO InfraConsult GmbH is entitled to engage external trainers or assistants to conduct the training courses.

(2) If speakers named in the training program are unable to attend, LOGO InfraConsult GmbH may appoint replacement speakers with comparable qualifications and experience.

(1) Participation in the training is at the participant’s own risk.

(2) LOGO InfraConsult GmbH shall not be liable for damages resulting from accidents or from loss or theft of items brought into training rooms or premises, in particular clothing or valuables.

(3) LOGO InfraConsult GmbH shall be liable – regardless of the legal grounds – only in cases of intent or gross negligence. This shall not apply to damages resulting in injury to life, body or health.

(1) All training materials are protected by copyright. The copyright is held by LOGO InfraConsult GmbH.

(2) Training materials may not be reproduced, distributed, digitized, made publicly accessible or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent of LOGO InfraConsult GmbH.

(1) Personal data of customers will be processed exclusively for the purpose of organizing and conducting the training course.
