Real estate meets mobility
HUB conference as part of the German Logistics and Mobility Week
We are delighted to unveil the program for the first HUB conference in Frankfurt am Main on November 22, 2024. We look forward to getting together with you and other experts to discuss how we can design contemporary buildings and infrastructures that revolve around people, ensuring that passengers, goods, and knowledge are all transported efficiently.
What makes a HUB user-oriented and future-proof?
An efficient, flexible, and attractive environment that focuses primarily on people and their needs.
We will be looking at three apparently different HUBs: Airports, railway stations, and universities. What do they have in common? What can they learn from one another?
In a world of ever-increasing demands on real estate, infrastructure, and mobility, HUB operators and contractors face considerable challenges. While technological innovations and social developments are progressing rapidly, planning and construction processes are becoming increasingly complex and drawn out over long periods of time. How can we balance all the various factors to design future-oriented hubs?
You will come away from the HUB conference with valuable insights and suggestions on how to overcome the challenges of these real estate projects.
