LOGO Expert Lecture 2025: “Construction Projects Must Run – It’s That Simple!”

On May 15, 2025, LOGO InfraConsult invited guests to Frankfurt for the expert lecture “What Really Lies Behind Successful Project Management?”

Successful projects do not happen by chance. They are the result of continuous course correction, clear communication, and genuine collaboration.

Using a completed project as an example, Arved Weidemueller provided practical insights into:

• managing uncertainty through the targeted planning of time and cost contingencies,

• challenges encountered during the course of the project and how they were addressed in a structured manner,

• key lessons learned for future projects—particularly with regard to communication, project control, and collaboration.

The lecture was accompanied by interactive audience polls and followed by an in-depth exchange and constructive discussions.

Successful project management is driven by a structured approach, forward-looking control, and continuous coordination with all stakeholders.
