A big thank you to Arved Weidemueller and to all participants of the training “Project Success Through Lean Construction.”

It was an intensive day filled with aha moments, engaging discussions, and highly practical insights. Lean Construction is not a magic solution, but when its methods are applied correctly, they not only bring structure to complex construction projects but also significantly increase productivity.

Now it’s time to put it into practice!
