Project description
The operator of Berlin Airport defined a new organizational structure for the initiation, planning and coordination of new building projects and expansion projects, as well as measures for existing buildings. Within the implementation scope, LOGO provided process and organizational consultancy support. The processes, responsibilities and expertise are developed in workshops with the affected specialized departments. The results will be documented in an internal guideline and the practical implementation on site will be supported.
