Project

Demand Management and Requirements Management for Construction Projects

Stuttgart Airport,
Germany

Project description

The growing passenger volume at the Stuttgart Airport has necessitated the modernization of existing terminal facilities, as well as the modular expansion of the terminal infrastructure. In order to plan individual measures according to requirements, the airport commissioned LOGO with the optimization of the overarching company processes within the scope of requirements planning and requirements management. Within the scope of planning a replacement terminal as a pilot project, LOGO commenced by applying the new processes and standards. Through the database-supported requirement planning and targeted user workshops, it was possible to define the needs as the basis for preliminary design planning both quickly and comprehensively.
