Project description
A new, urban and sustainable campus university is taking shape in south Nuremberg, spanning an area of approx. 37 hectares. As a newly established university, the University of Technology Nuremberg (UTN) presents the opportunity to reimagine the concept of a university from the ground up – both the teaching and research on offer, and the architectural design. The teaching and research program will concentrate on the cutting-edge fields of engineering sciences and artificial intelligence. Degree programs in natural sciences, social sciences and humanities will also be offered.
LOGO is responsible for developing the detailed requirement planning for the second phase of construction. The room and functional layout and a catalog of the room modules will be developed through a collaborative process involving the various stakeholders from the university during numerous workshops. All parties involved will be able to access the information via an online database.
