Optimization of Special Luggage Processes

Project description

At the Berlin-Tegel Airport, the processes for registration, baggage claim, and delivery and forwarding of lost luggage are to be reorganized and a new concept for the building structure is to be created. Critical procedures are identified and the necessary need for optimization is analyzed and assessed in collaboration with the process owners on the part of the airport, the authorities and the handling companies involved. Based on these results, Logo InfraConsult developed new concepts for customer-friendly infrastructure solutions.
