Project planning progressing on main airport complex development

LOGO InfraConsult is currently concentrating on using the requirements management software BriefBuilder to document and prepare the requirements details for the next project phase (SIA). This data provides a basis for the next step, securing a smooth transition to the construction project.

LOGO InfraConsult is working closely with the experts at Flughafen Zürich AG and consulting with the general planner to clearly define and coordinate all requirements – a key step to ensuring the project is delivered to a high quality and all objectives are achieved.

Continuity in the Dock A replacement construction project

LOGO InfraConsult will continue to actively support the airport as part of the Dock A replacement construction project in future. The focus here is on detailing requirements and quality assurance even further to ensure a successful execution.

Operational implementation management introduced

In 2024, LOGO InfraConsult launched operational implementation management, with a focus on:

  • considering the operational conditions of the airport infrastructure.
  • creating a framework flow plan (flipbook) that clearly displays the operating phases and statuses.
  • coordinating interfaces and carrying out detailed investigations into mitigating and replacement measures.

Outlook for 2025: Setting further milestones together

In 2025, LOGO InfraConsult will continue to serve as a trusted project partner for Flughafen Zürich AG. Thanks to its comprehensive expertise and dedication, the team will reach further milestones in the main airport complex development construction project and help to bring about successful completion of this ambitious infrastructure project.
