Project

Room Data Sheets with User Requirements for Construction of Terminal 3

Frankfurt Airport,
Germany

Project description

The third passenger terminal at Frankfurt Airport is currently taking shape on the site of the former US air base to the south of Germany’s largest airport. Since 2012, LOGO has been supporting the planning of the construction project through higher-level, database-supported requirements management and advising the client with regard to the structural and content-related requirements for the room data sheets of the terminal buildings. The aim is to make the implementation of functional, structural and technical requirements transparent and verifiable – a mammoth task given that the building will host more than 7,000 rooms with a wide range of users, all with their own specific requirements.
