Project

Baggage Service Center

Berlin-Tegel Airport,
Germany

Project description

The Baggage Service Center, responsible for the registration and claiming of lost luggage at Berlin-Tegel Airport, was reconstructed with a modular design within a few weeks, all while maintaining ongoing operations. After the reconstruction, new bright and friendly rooms are now available to the clients, employees of handling companies and public authorities.

The processes can now be completed far more quickly thanks to the preceding redesign of the processing involved in handling, delivering and forwarding of lost luggage.
